Hayward Pool Products Awards Pool Company for Superior Customer Service

Hayward Pool Products has awarded Pool Town, New Jersey's premier design, construction and installation company, the 2015 "Superior Customer Service as a Hayward Partner" award.

Hayward based the customer service evaluations on three criteria including patience, cooperativeness and personal diplomacy, taking into consideration factors such as answering inquiries, handling issues and resolving problems to keep customers satisfied.

"This award reflects the commitment to exceptional customer service," says Tim Ivey, a Hayward representative. "Through continuous monitoring and evaluation of service, Hayward Pool Products has recognized Pool Town as a company dedicated to providing a premier level of customer service to all their clients."

Pool Town, Inc. has serviced New Jersey for more than 28 years. It is the state's largest installers of vinyl inground swimming pools, exceeding 10,000 satisfied inground pool customers.

Scott IversonScott IversonScott Iverson Lands Promotion at Watkins

Watkins Manufacturing has announced the promotion of Scott Iverson to director of sales training.

Iverson has been an integral part of the Watkins sales team for more than 25 years and has trained thousands of Watkins sales professionals around the world. In his recent 13-year tenure as national sales trainer, he has inspired and empowered others to carry the message of why everyone should own a hot tub.

“Scott is one of the best trainers in the industry,” says Ryan Sessler, vice president of sales, North America, for Watkins. “He is an innovator, always looking for new ways to deliver his messages, and is a driving force behind who we touch and how we touch them. Scott is an inspiration and a passionate role model to all those he comes in contact with.”

As Director of Sales Training, Iverson will continue to lead and manage the implementation of all Watkins Sales Training Programs, and will be responsible for developing a continuous learning culture to dealer retail sales staff and the internal sales team.

Master Spas Announces Two Promotions

Two longtime Master Spas employees, Nathan Coelho and Mike Rees have been promoted.

Nathan Coelho has been promoted to vice president of engineering. Within the past 11 years, Coelho has a proven track record for successfully leading large scale initiatives and driving innovation. He started at Master Spas as the customer service manager and then served as the director of engineering for the past four years. Coelho also served five years as chairman of the engineering committee for the International Hot Tub Association.

In addition, Mike Rees has been promoted to vice president of manufacturing. He brings an enormous amount of experience and passion to the position, starting out at Master Spas as an consultant, then accepting the position as director of manufacturing eight years ago. Rees has been in the spa industry for 29 years.

Nordic Hot Tubs Announces New Hire, Promotion

Nordic Hot Tubs’ team has grown with the addition of a new staffer as well as a promotion for a longtime employee.

Kim Hendges has joined as a sales coordinator. Kim has had over 20 years of experience at both Emerald Spas and SCP as credit manager for the Kalamazoo branch.

Marcy Hall has been promoted to the position of communications manager. In this position, she will handle all marketing and corporate communications with an eye towards electronic messaging. Marcy has been with Nordic for more than 12 years.

FILBUR Moves To New Offices, Warehouse

FILBUR Manufacturing is proud to announce the recent completion of its office and warehouse move from its home of over 10 years in Buena Park, California to La Palma and Fontana, California, respectively. Business expansion and lease considerations, as well as consolidation of business units, elicited the move.
