Time and great people are our customers’ most valuable assets. And they want their people to spend more time in the backyard and less time in our branches. That’s not to say we don’t like seeing them — we do — we just don’t want them to have to stay long. For many customers digital is part of their day-today activities. They check the weather to know when it is best to shoot a pool or drop a liner. Many do their banking and get notifications on their favorite sports teams on their phone. We know they are using digital tools for convenience, and that is our main focus as we continue to expand our Heritage Pool+ digital reach.

RAISING THE BAR WITH INTELLIGENT SEARCH
The Heritage Pool+ website and App features intelligent search. We know that pool dealers need to find what they need reliably and fast. They know exactly what they are looking for, and our search tools deliver. Our search functionality recognizes the most used terms to deliver accurate results. Users see pricing and availability on their best match and can add directly to their cart from our search bar. They can expand on the selection to sort by Best Sellers and continue to refine the results using the sort and filter, then quickly choose from the industry leading brands and find the model/series they need.
Search functionality includes selection by Pool Type such as aboveground or inground, power rating such as BTU for heaters or horsepower for pumps, and product specifics such as cord length for lights.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO WITH COLOR AVAILABILITY INDICATORS
At our Heritage branches, we pride ourselves on having the inventory our customers need, where they need it, and when they need it. On Heritage Pool+, we show the real-time quantity available, allowing our dealers to know before they go. Color Inventory Indicators at the individual product detail level offer quick visibility to our stock status. Green for GO means it’s in stock, while other color indicators alert the user that the product is in stock at another nearby branch. They can easily use our Check other Branches feature to view additional inventory available. Our most popular filter is Shop by In-Stock only, which allows users to select only items that are available from their current branch.
BUY AGAIN AND AGAIN
Pool dealers have their favorites and our Buy Again feature and shopping lists allow our users to quickly get in and out of our digital platforms. Our customers make money when they get back into the backyard, so being able to find the information they need and get back to the job is our first priority. Users can set up their own shopping lists, use our Heritage pre-selected shopping lists or run a fast list of their most frequently ordered items. They can also add items from their recent orders and invoices. Many customers create lists for their Most Popular Equipment, Chemicals, Service and Maintenance items, Pipe, Plumbing and Fittings. All our lists are downloadable into Excel so some users can export and import their own lists. The list export also has their current price so it can be used outside our platform for many other purposes.
Customers who are new to our digital platform but have been purchasing from Heritage for some time can immediately access their recent purchases and favorite products by utilizing our Buy Again feature, making day one of using Heritage Pool+ very productive.
KNOW WHEN YOUR ORDERS ARE READY! SIGN UP FOR OUR NOTIFICATIONS
Order notifications have quickly become one of our customers’ most demanded, must-have features. Registered Heritage Pool+ users can sign up for our order notifications. The New Order Acknowledgement displays the complete item detail including price, ordered and available quantity. Notifications are sent for all their Heritage orders — at the counter, called in or emailed — not just their Heritage Pool+ digital orders.
It’s a great tool when a service professional is at the counter picking up parts to do a job. As soon as they leave the branch, their office can get a notification with the customer PO or job name and get a bill straight to the homeowner. We also have Ready for Shipment and Ready for Pickup notifications. We are always making enhancements and improvements to our platform. Expanding on our notification tools and preferences for our customers is a priority for us, so stand by for more in the near future.
THAT’S THE PART I NEED! EQUIPMENT EXPLODED DIAGRAMS
Whether you are looking for common maintenance parts, like cartridges, baskets or pump seals to stock your service trucks, or you have a piece of equipment that is down and you need to find that critical part to get it up and running again, our exploded parts views can assist you. Select the manufacturer, category, model, and assembly from the list of our most popular brands to view the specific exploded parts diagram and detailed list of its parts. Click the reference number on the diagram and it will navigate right to the parts you need to add to your cart. New views are always being added as new models get released.
SOME THINGS ARE SENSITIVE. CONTROL VISIBILITY WITH USER ROLES
We know that your business is important to you and choosing the correct visibility and security for your users is critical. Maybe you have a service technician that needs to see inventory and have the ability to place orders, but you want to limit their viewing of account balance and statements. You may want users to place orders but want to approve those orders first; there is a user access role for that. If you have a store seasonal worker that you want to view product information and inventory but not see pricing, there is a user role for that. The Account Administrator has access to create user roles that are essential to your business.
A PERFECT PLACE TO START, YOUR ACCOUNT DASHBOARD
The account dashboard is your quick, easy view of what’s going on. Your top five shopping lists, most recent orders and invoices, company info and access to notification preferences are all available there. Many of the features we discussed earlier require just one click. Set your default Heritage branch, update your delivery addresses and buy again from your recently purchased items.
