GENESIS Launches Concierge Program

As part of its commitment to elevating the professionalism of the pool industry, GENESIS launched a concierge program to foster professional development among its students.

Through this service, students will be guided in finding the education best suited for their career goals, while companies will be offered opportunities to build personalized curriculum for their teams through the Knowledge by Design program.

“GENESIS sets the standard of excellence for the pool industry,” says PHTA vice president of education and events Jeanne Mendelson. “With its cutting-edge curriculum, builders will learn to engineer, design and build truly exceptional pools that will astound customers and leave the competition far behind.”

“This year, we have already experienced record growth, with 250 professionals educated in January alone,” says GENESIS co-founder and ambassador Brian Van Bower. “Through this new initiative, we will continue to deliver the same quality education and support that GENESIS students expect and deserve.”

Longtime GENESIS and PHTA staff member Lisa Ryckeley will lead this effort. Ryckeley will help students navigate their learning path and provide consultation and guidance to ensure a positive learning experience.

“I have spent 20 years with GENESIS, and it is truly a passion of mine to help students as they embark on and progress through their educational journey,” says Ryckeley.
