Last week, the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals announced the launch of APSP University, a series of educational webinars hosted by industry experts.
The webinars, open to APSP members only, will target both industry veterans and fresh faces in a variety of tracks, including classes for manufacturers, builders, retailers, service techs, sales execs and small business owners. Those who attend the webinars can earn 1 CEU toward APSP certification/recertification.
Below is the lineup of scheduled webinars so far:
- Feb 11: Fundamentals of Selling and Creating Loyal Customers
- Feb 18: QuickBooks Made Easy
- Feb 25: Microsoft Outlook Quick Tips and Tools for Business Success
- March 4: Project Management for Pools
- March 11: Communication Skills for Professionals
- March 18: Creating Effective Pool Sales Presentations with PowerPoint — Without Bullet Points
